I also have kids and as Windyasari said, being able to do most of your work from home completely changes the dynamic. Being able to just walk out of the office to have dinner with the wife and kids then easily go back for a second work shift once they’re asleep … it’s wonderful.

In general, both blend in a much nicer way where one may take over when it should normally be time for the other. Just gotta be careful it happens both ways fairly equally overall.
